On Monday March 6, art teacher Ms. Mossa brought twelve students to Dia: Beacon. Located in a former Nabisco box-printing factory, the museum presents collections of art from the 1960s to the present. These special exhibitions showed the students concepts based in minimalism and abstraction. All the works were three-dimensional playing with the concept of space and light, forcing viewers to interact and move around the work. Dia: Beacon was a first time creative experience for all involved, proving how art can activate all of our senses.
