Heat exhaustion and heat stroke are dangerous conditions that can be mitigated by understanding the symptoms, and knowing what to do if they appear.

Symptoms of heat stroke may include:

- High body temperature

- Skin is red, and hot to the touch

- Dizziness, nausea, confusion

- Elevated pulse

- Loss of consciousness
